Off into town to meet Pamela for a bit then gonna go to the gym, mainly to charge my phone on one of the fancy bikes, but also cause I ate a lot of pizza today so I should probably work it off… Gonna listen to some Slabdragger and Witness to get me through physical labour.
Just saw the Nerdcore Records pressing of Henry Fonda’s s/t 7”. Fucking cowboys screen printed on the actual vinyl, no way. I need this in my life.

Hang the Bastard have a free date on their tour on the 11th March and they want one “as far North as possible” so they can get to the Aberdeen date easier. And of course the only person to seem interested wants to book them in Dunfermline. Who the fuck would go to a gig in Dunfermline? Someone in Glasgow really needs to book that date or I’ll kill everyone.

So unbelievably excited for Hevy, already got tickets for me and Pamela. Out of the first announcement I’m looking forward to 13 of the 15 bands, so that’s awesome. Seeing Witness and the Chariot twice this year and I get to see Pianos despite missing them in Edinburgh. Plus motherfucking Crocus and Converge are a must.
About to have my second telephone interview ever. Shitting it doesn’t half cover how I’m feeling.
I have a potentially very busy week in April: Parkway/TGI/Miss May I, TUI/Basement, Stray From The Path/This is Colour and then two Rolo Tomassi dates. Seems like a pretty awesome week to me.
